Baroness Caroline Cox celebrates her birthday today! Caroline Cox, the deputy speaker of the House of Lords of the United Kingdom, was always on the side of the Armenian people, and it is the same now. Thanks to her, the only rehabilitation centre bearing her name was opened in Artsakh and continues to operate to this day to fulfill its mission to serve the people of Artsakh.
