April 2 is World Autism Awareness Day. In Armenia and In Artsakh, various awareness-raising events are organized every year on that day. Today’s mission is to emphasize the need to improve the lives of children and adults diagnosed with autism by helping them lead a full, meaningful life.
Today, a meeting with parents was organized at the Autism Center, with the aim of “once again learning what autism is, participating in the daily routine of children treated at the center, getting acquainted with handicrafts, and tasting cookies made by children.” We have regular meetings with parents, which aims to involve parents in the treatment process and ongoing work.
