The Rehabilitation Center is in constant contact with the patients in the Home Visit department. Home visits are organized for people with severe physical disabilities and mobility problems. The visits take place both in Stepanakert and in the regions of Artsakh. The purpose of the visits is to provide care items, pads, as well as to treat wounds, help with catheterization, bowel and bladder problems. This time, the Home Visit department employees visited Valeri and Bath brothers who have been diagnosed with Global Development Delay. The aim was to assess their living conditions, the existing problems, as well as to create proper conditions for them to continue their treatment in the rehabilitation center. We aim to provide adequate transportation for the children to come for treatment and take them back home. It is very gratifying to state that the Khachatryan family has been provided with a private house by the government as a subsidy, which in our estimation meets the needs of that family. It is very important to build a proper ramp for this house to be able to take the children out of the house in a wheelchair. We do expect to find sponsors to build it. The Rehabilitation Centre is obliged to provide diapers to the children and provide appropriate rehabilitation treatment.
