Home visit department

One of the beneficiaries of the home visit department is Asya, who is 10 years old and has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy. Her family is from Mayramadzor village of Hadrut region. After the war, they were forced to leave their homes and move to Stepanakert. Now they are temporarily living in a dormitory near Artsakh State University. On the fifth floor, they are provided with a room where the Ghazaryan family of five lives, and they share both the kitchen and the bathroom with other residents. Only the father works in the Ghazaryan family, they try to cover the financial expenses with his father’s salary. Asya is fed only on special baby food for which all her benefits are spent. Also, it is difficult for her to live on the fifth floor because they do not have an elevator so it is hard for her mother to carry her downstairs/upstairs every day. That’s why Asya is mostly at home. We hope that the issue of her residence will be resolved in the future and Asya will be able to be taken to the Rehabilitation Centre for the necessary treatment.
