Hayk is one of the little patients at the Caroline Cox Rehabilitation Centre. He was admitted to the Rehabilitation Centre with a diagnosis of Global Developmental Delay. Hayk is nine years old and attends Rehabilitation Centre every year to receive appropriate treatment. At this stage he attends on an outpatient basis. Hayk wears orthoses and walks with his mother’s help. He has a weak development of both fine and gross motor skills and he needs a wheeled walker to move independently. The Rehabilitation Centre provides Hayk with the necessary walker to move freely at home and outside.
At the Rehabilitation Centre Hayk receives the services of a physiotherapist, a psychologist, as well as attends painting and pottery courses.
