The team of the Rehabilitation Center participated in the Bochia Open Championship organized by the National Federation of Sports for the Disabled, taking the first honorable place.

Young people with disabilities treated at the Cox Rehabilitation Center are involved in a variety of sports.
From June 28 to 30, inclusive, the team of the Rehabilitation Center took the first honorable place in the Bochia Open Championship organized by the National Federation of Sports for the Disabled in Artanish Gyuz, Gegharkunik region, RA. Three patients of the center took part in the championship: Spartak Altunyan, Manushak Melkumyan and Vladislav Avagyan.
We try to develop sports for the disabled in Artsakh. We actively participate in all disabled sports events organized in Armenia. Every year, the Bochia Open Championship is also organized in Stepanakert. Organizations operating in Armenia are invited.
The development of sports for the disabled is very important, as it is a unique opportunity for people with disabilities to communicate with their peers, to integrate and to feel a full member of society.
